Reference is made to Tower REIT’s announcement dated 2 March 2020 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the aforesaid Announcement.
 
On behalf of the Board of Directors of GLM REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the management company of Tower REIT, HLIB wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has, via its letter dated 14 May 2020, resolved to grant Tower REIT an extension of time from 18 May 2020 until 15 June 2020 to comply with Paragraph 9.33(1)(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in relation to the issuance of circular (including the independent advice letter) for the Proposed Acquisition.
