We refer to the announcements dated 7 October 2019, 6 January 2020, 25 February 2020 and 6 April 2020 in relation to the MOU between SSB and AJRB for the formation of a strategic alliance through a joint venture company in relation to their long product steel manufacturing businesses (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
SSB wishes to inform that there has been no material development on the status of the MOU since 6 April 2020. Both SSB and AJRB are still in discussions to finalise the definitive agreements.
