Further to our announcement dated 13 May 2020, we wish to inform that the Company has been granted an extension of time up to 28 September 2020 by the Companies Commission of Malaysia pursuant to Section 304(4) of the Companies Act 2016, to hold its 50th Annual General Meeting (“ 50th AGM”).

The Company will determine and announce the appropriate date to hold the 50th AGM and Notice of the 50th AGM will be issued to shareholders in due course.
