In view of the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic and Movement Control Order issued by the Government affecting companies for convening of annual general meetings, Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia has granted Farlim an extension of time from June 30, 2020 for a period of 90 days to hold its Thirty-Eighth AGM in accordance with the powers under Section 340(4) of Companies Act 2016.
Announcement will be made on the date, time and venue of the said AGM via issuance of Notice thereof in due course.
