The Board of Directors of Hock Heng Stone Industries Bhd. (“HOCK HENG” or “the Company”) wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek for its shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Eleventeh Annual General Meeting of the Company:- (a) Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate for existing Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and (b) Proposed Renewal of Authority for Share Buy-Back.
