We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by KIBB of up to 50,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the ordinary shares of PBBANK.
The PBBANK-C49 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 May 2020 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The PBBANK-C49 is subject to terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 18 May 2020 and the Term Sheet dated 28 May 2020.
The PBBANK-C49 will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 18 May 2020.
