Pursuant to the Movement Control Order from 18 March 2020 to 12 May 2020 and Conditional Movement Control Order from 13 May 2020 to 9 June 2020 announced by the Government to contain the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak in Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”) had vide its letter dated 16 April 2020 granted an extension of time until  30 June 2020 for listed issuers to issue its Quarterly Reports, Annual Reports that include Annual Audited Financial Statements and the Auditors' and Directors' Reports (“Annual Report”) and Circular to Shareholders (“Circular”), which are due on 30 April 2020 and 31 May 2020.

Pursuant to the extension of time granted by Bursa Malaysia and in view of the challenges faced by the Company and its subsidiaries during current situation, the Board of Directors (“the Board”) of TDM Berhad wishes to announce that the Company will release and submit its Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2019, Circular and the first quarterly report for the financial period ended 31 March 2020, on or before 30 June 2020.

The Company had also submitted to the Companies Commission of Malaysia pursuant to Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016 its application for extension of time to hold its 55th AGM at a date no later than 28 August 2020.

The Company will announce the date of the 55th AGM in due course.
