The COVID-19 pandemic crisis has created substantial disruption in the Group’s operation.

As part of the relief measures accorded to listed issuers to alleviate regulatory compliance and financial burdens, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has granted a one-month extension up till 30 June 2020 for issuance of quarterly reports which are due by 31 May 2020.

In view that the progress of preparation of the consolidated financial statements of the Group for the financial period ended 31 March 2020 (“1st Quarter Report”) has been affected, the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to utilize the extension period provided by Bursa Securities for issuance of the Company’s 1st Quarter Report and will ensure that the 1st Quarter Report is issued no later than 30 June 2020.
