The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Efficient wishes to announce that the Company has applied to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) for an extension of time to hold its 17th Annual General Meeting (“17th AGM”) at a date no later than 28 September 2020 and was granted approval accordingly, in accordance to the Practice Directive No. 6/2020 issued by the CCM.

The Board will determine and announce the appropriate date to hold the Company’s 17th AGM and the issuance of its Annual Report 2019 together with the Notice of 17th AGM in due course. The deadline for the issuance of Annual Report 2019 had been extended to 30 June 2020 from 30 April 2020 pursuant to the extension of time for issuance of annual reports granted by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) to all affected companies as announced by Bursa Securities on 16 April 2020 in light of the Movement Control Order and the Conditional Movement Control Order imposed by the Government of Malaysia effective from 18 March 2020 to 9 June 2020.
