The Board of Directors of TWPH wishes to announce that the Company had on 1 June 2020 been granted an extension of time by the Companies Commission of Malaysia to hold the Twenty-Fifth Annual General Meeting (“25th AGM”) of the Company on or before 28 September 2020 in accordance to Practice Directive No. 6/2020 and Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016.
The Board of Directors of TWPH will determine the appropriate date to hold the Company’s 25th AGM and make the necessary announcement together with the notice of the 25th AGM in due course.
