Further to the Company’s announcements made on 23 March 2018 and 10 August 2018 ("Announcements") relating to the members’ voluntary winding-up, the Company wishes to announce that the following inactive wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company have been dissolved pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act, 2016:-
As stated in the Announcements, the winding up is to simplify the structure of the MUIP Group, reduce costs associated with maintaining these subsidiaries and has no financial or operational effect on the MUIP Group.
