The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of Supercomnet Technologies Berhad (“the Company”) would like to announce that following the Movement Control Order ("MCO") imposed by the Government of Malaysia effective from March 18, 2020 to May 12, 2020 and the Conditional Movement Control Order (“CMCO”) until June 9, 2020 under the provision of the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 and the Police Act 1967 to curb the spread of the coronavirus infection in Malaysia, the preparation and finalisation of the Quarterly Report (“QR”) for the period ended March 31, 2020 of the Company was affected and delayed.

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has on 16 April 2020 issued a Directive on Additional Temporary Relief Measures to Listed Issuers in view that with the extended MCO, listed issuers with QR due by May 31, 2020, may not have sufficient time to prepare and issue such reports and had granted an extension of time until June 30, 2020 for such issuance.

Therefore, the Company will utilise the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities and will ensure that its QR is issued latest by June 30, 2020. Further, the Board wishes to inform that the Company will make application to Companies Commission of Malaysia to delay to hold its 30th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company pursuant to Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016.

The Board will determine and announce the appropriate date to hold its forthcoming AGM in due course.
