The Board of Directors of IWCITY ("the Board") wishes to announce that the Company had on 3 June 2020 obtained the approval by Companies Commission of Malaysia on the extension of time to hold its 51st AGM on or before 28 September 2020 pursuant to Practice Directive No. 6/2020 and Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016.
The Board will determine and announce the appropriate date to hold the 51st AGM and issue the notice of the 51st AGM to its shareholders in due course.
