Further to our announcement dated 21 February, 2020, the Board of Directors of Carlsberg Brewery Malaysia Berhad wishes to announce that the Company will also be seeking shareholders’ approval for the proposal relating to the Shareholders’ Mandate for New Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature at the Company’s forthcoming 50th Annual General Meeting.

The Circular to Shareholders containing information on the said proposal together with proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue of Trading Nature will be issued to the Shareholders of the Company in due course.
