The Board of Directors of Apex Equity Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to inform that the Company had applied and been granted an extension of time of up to 28 September 2020 to hold its Adjourned 30th AGM by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) pursuant to Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016 and the Practice Directive No. 6/2020 issued by the CCM.
The Company will announce the date of its Adjourned 30th AGM in due course.
