The Board of Directors of TWPH wishes to announce that Messrs. KPMG PLT has indicated that they will not be seeking for re-appointment and will retire in the upcoming Twenty-Fifth Annual General Meeting (“25th AGM”) of the Company.

The cessation is voluntary and save for the above, the Board of Directors wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of TWPH.

The Board proposed the appointment of Messrs. Ernst & Young PLT as Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2020 in place of the retiring Auditors, Messrs. KPMG PLT, and to hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company, at a remuneration to be determined by the Directors (“Proposed Change of Auditors”).

On 21 May 2020, Messrs. Ernst & Young PLT has provided their consent to act as the Company’s Auditors.

The Proposed Change of Auditors is subject to and conditional upon approval being obtained from the shareholders at the forthcoming 25th AGM of the Company to be convened.
