The Board of Directors of Sunsuria ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company has on 17 June 2020 entered into a Shares Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement ("Agreement") with Dr Tan Bo Ren and BRS Medicare Ventures Sdn Bhd (“BRS”), to acquire interest by way of subscription of shares in BRS, the identified joint venture vehicle, and to regulate their relationship as shareholders in BRS, which shall carry out integrated health care business (“Joint Venture”).
