Farlim wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders’ approval for renewal of authority to purchase its own shares of up to ten percent (10%) of the total number of issued shares at the forthcoming Thirty-Eighth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be convened at a date to be announced.
The relevant details will be set out in the Share Buy-Back Statement accompanying the Notice of the said AGM to be issued in due course. . This announcement is dated June 18, 2020. |
