The Board of Directors of RANHILL wishes to inform that the Company has appointed CIMB Investment Bank Berhad to proceed with the submission for the proposed secondary listing on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“Proposed Secondary Listing”).
The purpose of the Proposed Secondary Listing is for RANHILL to access additional platform for future fund raising to finance the Company’s regional expansion.
The Board of Directors is cognisant of the need for proper dissemination of information to the public and will release the relevant announcement on any material issue in a timely manner as required by the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
