HOCK HENG wishes to announce that the Company’s 2019 Annual Report and Corporate Governance Report are now available on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s website and the Company’s website at www.hockheng.com.my.

The Board of Directors strongly encourages shareholders to download and refer to the digital version of its Annual Report 2019 at the above website for the time being. 

The Notice of Eleventh Annual General Meeting (“11th AGM”) of the Company will be issued separately from the Annual Report 2019. Given the current COVID-19 pandemic situation and in consideration of the safety and well-being of the employees and shareholders of the Company, the Board is closely monitoring the situation and will determine the appropriate date and manner to conduct the Company’s 11th AGM.

The Company has also submitted to the Companies Commission of Malaysia pursuant to Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016 its application for extension of time to hold its 11th AGM at a date no later than 28 September 2020. The Board will announce the date of the 11th AGM in due course.
