The Board of Directors of SHMB wishes to announce that the Company had applied to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) for an extension of time to hold its 49th Annual General Meeting (“49th AGM”) and accordingly, approval has been granted for the Company to hold its 49th AGM by 28 September 2020, in accordance to the Practice Directive No. 6/2020 issued by CCM.
The Board will announce the appropriate date to convene the Company’s 49th AGM together with the Notice of AGM in due course.
