The Company wishes to inform that the Company has been granted an extension of time by the Companies Commission of Malaysia to hold its 11th AGM at a date no later than 28 September 2020 pursuant to Practice Directive No. 6/2020 and Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016.
WIDAD will determine and announce the appropriate date to hold the 11th AGM and issue the Notice of the 11th AGM to its shareholders in due course.
