We refer to our Announcement dated 17 June 2020 in relation to BMedia’s application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) for further extension of time to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approvals (“EOT Application”). The Board of Directors of BMedia wishes to inform that the EOT Application is still pending the decision from Bursa Securities. This Announcement is dated 3 July 2020. |
