On behalf of Key ASIC, KAF IB wishes to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price for the sixth tranche of the Placement Shares at RM0.0797 per Placement Share.  The issue price of RM0.0797 per Placement Share represents a discount of 9.94% to the five-day VWAP of RM0.0885 per Key ASIC Share up to and including 2 July 2020, being the last market day prior to this price fixing date.
