We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 3 July 2018 and its subsequent announcements in relation to the Private Placement.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Jetson, KAF Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the extension of time of up to 9 July 2020 to complete the implementation of the Private Placement will lapse after today. Thus far, the Company has placed out 4,900,000 placement shares at an issue price of RM0.21 per placement share in two (2) tranches under the Private Placement. Nevertheless, the Company was not able to place out the remaining placement shares under the Private Placement and hence, the Private Placement is deemed completed today.
