We refer to the announcements dated 16 December 2019, 13 February 2020, 27 March 2020, 22 April 2020, 12 May 2020, 19 May 2020, 20 May 2020, 21 May 2020, 29 May 2020, 02 June 2020 and 01 July 2020.
The Board of Directors of Seal Incorporated Berhad (“SEAL” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that on 09 July 2020 was fixed for case management as follows:-
(1) Originating Summons PA-24C-01-03/2020 filed by Seal to set aside Adjudication decision; and (2) Originating Summons PA-24C-03-05/2020 filed by Wabina Constructions & Engineering Sdn Bhd to enforce the Adjudication Decision).
Both the above Originating Summons PA-24C-01-03/2020 and PA-24C-03-05/2020 have been adjourned to 18 August 2020 for further case management by the court for parties to exhaust all Affidavits.
Further material development on the matter will be announced accordingly.
