We refer to the previous announcements dated 16 March 2020, 6 May 2020 and 15 May 2020 as well as the circular to shareholders dated 29 May 2020 in relation to the Share Grant Plan. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
