The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that on 14 July 2020, the High Court of Shah Alam has granted an order for the extension of the judicial management of Macro Resources Sdn Bhd (“Macro”), a wholly-owned subsidiary, pursuant to Section 406 of the Companies Act 2016 from 21 July 2020 to 20 January 2021. Hence, the judicial manager, Mr Ng Choon Jin of SL Ng Corporate Solutions Sdn Bhd will continue his term as the judicial manager of Macro until 20 January 2021.

This announcement is dated 14 July 2020 and is to be read in conjunction with the earlier announcements made on 5 November 2018, 8 November 2018, 15 January 2019, 23 January 2019, 9 April 2019, 23 July 2019 and 21 January 2020.
