Further to the announcements made on 13 November, 4 December, 24 December 2019, 20 March, 20 April, 27 May, 4 June, 16 June and 29 June 2020, the Company wishes to announce the following in relation to the High Court proceedings between Teknoserv Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (“Teknoserv”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, against Nine Hundred Builders Sdn. Bhd. (“NHB”) with regards to the Adjudication Decision dated 19 March 2020 (“Adjudication Decision”).

The Company has previously announced that Teknoserv has filed an application to set aside / stay the execution of the Adjudication Decision, while NHB has filed an application to enforce the Adjudication Decision.

The Court has, on 13 July 2020, issued directions on the filing of affidavits and submissions relating to both applications, which are to be heard together. The hearing date for the said applications will be fixed during a further case management on 9 September 2020.

Teknoserv will comply with the Court’s directions and the Company will make further announcements on any material development in relation to this matter from time to time.
