Further to our Announcement dated 17 June 2020, the Board of Directors of BMedia wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had, vide its letter dated 14 July 2020 decided to: a) dismiss the Company’s further appeal for an additional 6 months up to 20 December 2020 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval; and b) de-list the securities of the Company from the Official List of Bursa Securities pursuant to Paragraph 8.04 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities. In view of the above, the securities of the Company will be de-listed/removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities on 17 July 2020. This Announcement is dated 14 July 2020. |
