Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 19 August 2019 and subsequent announcements, the circular to shareholders dated 29 October 2019 in relation to the SCR and the notice to shareholders dated 17 June 2020 in relation to the suspension of trading of the ordinary shares in Mintye and the entitlement date for the SCR (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 15 July 2020, informed that the entire issued share capital of Mintye will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 20 July 2020 pursuant to Paragraph 16.07(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
