We refer to the announcements dated 16 December 2019, 13 February 2020, 27 March 2020, 22 April 2020, 12 May 2020, 19 May 2020, 20 May 2020, 21 May 2020, 29 May 2020, 02 June 2020, 01 July 2020 and 10 July 2020.
The Board of Directors of Seal Incorporated Berhad (“SEAL” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that 14 July 2020 was fixed for case management of the Judicial Review proceedings filed by Wabina to set aside the Companies (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2020. Wabina informed the Court that they have filed an application under section 84 of the Courts of Judicature Act 1964 to refer issues pertaining to the effect of the Constitution arising from the Companies (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2020 to the Federal Court. However, as the sealed copy of the said application has not been extracted and served on the parties as yet. The Court has adjourned the matter to 24 July 2020 for further case management.
Further material development on the matter will be announced accordingly.
