Further to the announcement of GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad (“GLM”) dated 28 November 2017 in connection with the member’s voluntary winding-up of BLV Fashions Sdn Bhd (“BLVF”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of GLM Land Sdn Bhd, which in turn is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of GLM, GLM now writes to inform that the Liquidator of BLVF had convened a Final Meeting to conclude the member’s voluntary winding-up of BLVF. A Return By Liquidator Relating To Final Meeting was lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver on 17 July 2020 (“Lodgement Date”), and on the expiration of 3 months after the Lodgement Date, BLVF will be dissolved.
