We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 30 August 2019 on the approval by CDRC for DMB’s application for assistance to mediate between the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) with its financiers. 
 
The Board of Directors of DMB wishes to announce that, at a meeting chaired by CDRC today, the Group has obtained more than 75% approval in principle from both its secured and unsecured financial creditors for its proposed debt restructuring scheme. 

Further announcement on the developments of the above matter will be made as and when necessary.
