We refer to the announcements made on 10 July 2020, 13 July 2020 and 14 July 2020 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of Bina Puri, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 17 July 2020, resolved to approve the listing of and quotation for up to 124,395,200 new Bina Puri Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement subject to the following conditions:

(i)    Bina Puri and TA Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (“Listing Requirements”) pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

(ii)   Bina Puri and TA Securities to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement; and

(iii)  Bina Puri and TA Securities to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed  Private Placement is completed.

Bina Puri is required to ensure full compliance of all the requirements as provided under the Listing Requirements at all times.
