Reference is made to the Company's announcements made on 24 June 2020, 25 June 2020 and 26 June 2020 in relation to the Default in Payment to Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Company wishes to announce that further to the announcement made on 17 July 2020 in respect to the Winding Up/Receiver & Manager/Restraining Order/Special Administrator, Receiver and Manager was appointed for Magna Ecocity Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Magna Prima Berhad, save for the above, there are no major developments on the status of the Default in Payment to Alliance Bank  Malaysia Berhad as at the date of this announcement.     

Further announcement on the development of the above matter will be made as and when necessary in accordance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
