The amended results is filed consequent to the recognition of impairment of RM74.71 million on the carrying value of the investment in associate. The major changes are in relation to the following which are quoted in RM'000. (a) Administrative and General Expenses for quarter ended 31 March 2020 and cumulative period ended 31 March 2020 revised to "(81,317)" instead of "(6,610)" and "(102,607)" instead of "(27,900)" respectively. (b) (Loss)/Profit before Tax for quarter ended 31 March 2020 and cumulative period ended 31 March 2020 revised to "(76,420)" instead of "(1,713)" and "(64,408)" instead of "10,299" respectively. (c) (Loss)/Profit for the Period for quarter ended 31 March 2020 and cumulative period ended 31 March 2020 revised to "(78,723)" instead of "(4,016)" and "(72,576)" instead of "2,131" respectively. (d) Earnings per share attributable to Owners of the Company for quarter ended 31 March 2020 and cumulative period ended 31 March 2020 revised to "(22.36)" instead of "(1.14)" and "(20.60)" instead of "0.63" respectively. (e) Investment in associate under Non-Current Assets revised to "74,764" instead of 149,471". (f) Net Assets per share attributable to owners of the Company as at 31 March 2020 revised to "1.39" instead of "1.60". Amendment has also been made to the explanatory notes Part A nos. 4 and 5 and Part B nos. 20, 21 and 24. |
