The Board of Directors of MHC wishes to announce that further to the Sixtieth (60th) Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held at the Company's office, Kompleks Pejabat Behrang 2020, Jalan Persekutuan 1, 35900 Tanjung Malim, Perak, Malaysia on Thursday, 23 July 2020 at 11.30 a.m., the shareholders of the Company had resolved that Messrs PKF be appointed as the External Auditors of the Company in place of the retiring External Auditors, Messrs Ernst & Young PLT, to hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM.

In relation to the above, the Board wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
