Further to the rescheduled Case Management (CM) which was held on 21 July 2020, the Board wishes to inform that the parties has attended the Court for the CM before YA Judge Tuan Nadzarin bin Wok Nordin. The Court fixed for further CM on 1 September 2020 to update the Court on the status of the Restraining Order (RO) and/or the outcome of the Creditors’ Meeting.
