ACOSTEC - Notice of Bonus Entitlement

BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 97,211,700 WARRANTS ("WARRANT(S)") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING ACOUSTECH SHARES HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF ACOUSTECH AT 5.00P.M. ON 7 AUGUST 2020 ("BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS").
 

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 6 Aug 2020
2)    The last date of lodgment : 7 Aug 2020

Remarks :

(Unless otherwise stated, the defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the circular to shareholders of Acoustech Berhad dated 11 June 2020.)

Fractional entitlements of the Warrants arising from the Bonus Issue of Warrants, if any, will be disregarded and shall be dealt with in such manner as the Board shall in its absolute discretion deem fit and expedient, and in the best interest of the Company.

The Warrants will be credited into the entitled shareholders central depository system accounts and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the address as per the Record of Depositors prior to the date of listing of the Warrants. Entitled Shareholders are not required to take any action. The admission and the listing of the Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities will take place two (2) market days upon receipt of the application for quotation of Warrants by Bursa Securities.
