We refer to the earlier announcements and the latest announcement dated 11 February 2016 in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of GPB, RHB Investment Bank Berhad (“RHB Investment Bank”) wishes to announce that the Company, Mobikom Sdn Bhd, RHB Investment Bank, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad and Malaysian Trustees Berhad had on 24 July 2020 entered into a supplemental agreement to vary certain terms contained in the programme agreement dated 22 September 2014 relating to the issuance of up to RM210.00 million nominal value of eight (8)-year redeemable exchangeable medium term notes by the Company (“Proposed Variation”).
