The Board of Directors of ENRA wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders' approval for the proposed renewal of authority for the Company to purchase its own shares and proposed new shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature ("Proposals") at the forthcoming Twenty-Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a date which will be announced later.
A Circular/Statement to Shareholders which sets out the details of the Proposals will be uploaded onto ENRA’s website in due course.
