The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement in relation to RRPT.

Following the announcements dated 9 July 2020 and 16 July 2020, Spritzer Bhd. ("Spritzer" or  "Company") wishes to announce that Spritzer Group had in the ordinary course of its business, entered into RRPT with the related parties disclosed below, and the aggregate amount of such RRPT is RM4,472,000 or 1.0769% of the percentage ratio calculation (based on the audited accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2019) for the period from 16 July 2020 to 26 July 2020:-

The RRPT is not subject to the approval of shareholders as the cumulative aggregated transactions from 1 July 2020 to 26 July 2020 amounted to RM13,322,000 or 3.2081% of the percentage ratio calculation. Shareholders’ mandate will be sought if the percentage ratio is 5% and above.
