The Board of Directors of Asian Pac Holdings Berhad ("Asianpac" or "the Company") wishes to announce that due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the ensuing enforcement of the Movement Control Order ("MCO"). Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had vide its letter dated 6 May 2020 granted an extension of time until 31 August 2020 for listed issuers to issue their annual reports that include the annual audited financial statements and the auditor's and directors' reports which are due on 31 July 2020.

The Board of Directors of Asianpac wishes to inform that the Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 March 2020 of the Company will be issued by 31 August 2020.
