Further to the Company’s announcements made on 30 April 2020 (Ref Nos. C03-27042020-00008 and C02-27042020-00005), Bonia Corporation Berhad wishes to inform that BMSB has, via its decision letter dated 28 July 2020, granted an extension of time until 30 October 2020 for the Company to appoint an independent non-executive director and to comply with Paragraphs 15.02(1), 15.09(1)(a) and 15.19 of the MMLR.
