The Board of Directors of Eksons Corporation Berhad (“Eksons” or “Company”) wishes to announce that on 30 July 2020, the Company has entered into a New Supplemental Agreement (“NSA”) with Topaz Blue Sdn Bhd (“Topaz”), Zenith Joy Sdn Bhd and Vibrant Hub Sdn Bhd, to vary certain terms and conditions of the Shareholders cum Joint Venture Agreement dated 23 May 2006 and its supplementals.
