We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 3 July 2018, 30 August 2018, 13 September 2018, 20 September 2018, 1 November 2018, 12 March 2019, 11 June 2019, 11 July 2019, 9 August 2019, 10 September 2019, 20 November 2019, 29 November 2019, 12 December 2019, 27 July 2020 and 30 July 2020 in relation to the Proposed Expansion into Flat Steel Business (collectively, “Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as those previously defined in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had been informed by Megasteel vide its letter dated on 3 August 2020 that the Court Order for the Unsecured Scheme has been lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia by the Megasteel’s Solicitors on 3 August 2020. Accordingly, the SPA-II was duly signed by the relevant parties and dated by Gelora Berkat’s solicitors on 3 August 2020.
