The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of SHL wishes to announce that the Board has recommended a final dividend of 5 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 March 2020 subject to the shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
 
The date of entitlement to dividend and the date of dividend payment will be announced at a later date.
