Reference is made to the announcements dated 18 November 2019 and 4 August 2020 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.
Pursuant to Paragraph 6.62(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, a listed issuer must complete the implementation of a proposal relating to an issuance of securities within six (6) months from the date of approval by Bursa Securities. Bursa Securities vide its letter dated 19 February 2020 granted its approval for the Proposed Rights Issue of ICPS with Warrants. The six (6) month timeframe will lapse on 18 August 2020.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of WZ Satu, HLIB wishes to announce that an application for extension of time to complete the Proposed Rights Issue of ICPS with Warrants has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 4 August 2020.
