We refer to the announcements dated 26 February 2020, 23 March 2020, 30 April 2020, 3 June 2020, 30 June 2020 and 16 July 2020 in relation to the 1st DRP. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH is pleased to announce that based on the valid Dividend Reinvestment Forms received by the Share Registrar, Manulife will be issuing 4,613,965 New Shares pursuant to the 1st DRP. The New Shares to be issued represent approximately 62.87% of the number of 7,338,878 New Shares that would have been issued pursuant to the 1st DRP had all the entitled shareholders of Manulife elected to reinvest the electable portion of their 2019 Final Dividend into New Shares.
